I had such a great experience here that I wish I was rich so I can go back and buy more cars! Trevor Tucek reached out to me within seconds of me putting in a request to see a car online. He was so flexible with me (I changed my apt time about three times) and when I arrived, I was tended to immediately. I was then brought to Alex Hall, who worked for hours with my parents and I. He must have ran miles that day between talking to us and going to the back to try to get my monthly payments down to where I needed them to be. He was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Being that this is my first car purchase, I did not know much of the process. Alex never looked like he was in a rush or trying to push us out the door. I asked for either a white or a black car, and we settled for blue with SO many cool features that I never knew I’d love so much. The blue is also very pretty. I can’t stop looking out at my car. Alex also always checked in on us to make sure that we were not waiting too long for the paperwork process. He made us feel important and very visible. I could not say enough good stuff about him! He felt like family by the end of the day! Moving forward, we worked with Brett Maple. He told us that he was new to the branch and asked us to be patient with him since a lot of the paperwork was slightly different. If he had not said that, I would not even know. He went through the whole application process with us without skipping a beat. He also was very patient in explaining terms to me and I’m so pleased to have worked with him. I feel like he really listened to us and did not try to keep pushing and pushing after we say no to extra things. I absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend everyone here for their cars. I was so afraid to buy a car, but I can really tell that everyone worked hard to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted. I was treated with kindness by everyone from the front of the store to the back. Thank you to Heiser TOYOTA for making a girl happy!!

I called at 11 and at 1 James picked up my vehicle and 1 hour and 15 min later delivered it back to me, Service Complete! I was impressed that James wore sterile gloves to drive my car. He went through the whole application process with us without skipping a beat. He also was very patient in explaining terms to me and I'm so pleased to have worked with him. I feel like he really listened to us and did not try to keep pushing and pushing after we say no to extra things. I absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend everyone here for their cars. I was so afraid to buy a car, but I can really tell that everyone worked hard to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted. I have always had great service at Heiser Toyota, This time I'm not sure what happened. Saturday after I got home, I walked past the front of my truck, I could smell a hint of oil burning. So I popped the hood, there was oil allover the engine cover, with puddles in the indentations. I took pictures and removed the cover and cleaned it up. Also noticed that the TPMS wasn't reading on the dash, when I ran through the menus.

I came in this week for service and then purchase a new Toyota Highlander Every person I dealt with was wonderful.. Bob in service is friendly and helpful. Amy is terrific with telling me about the new Highlander and giving me an estimate on my 2015 Highlander. She is so well informed. Roger Droukas is so nice and professional. He makes the purchase so easy and fun. He is a great salesman. Shahat is also great. I truly had no pressure and thought he was a great person. They were all so well informed and pleasant.
