I always have a great experience with the service department employees. They're very informative, always so nice, and keep me up to date with my vehicle while it's being serviced. However, whoever the receptionist is when you call the main line - she is so rude! She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain things and just would not let me finish. My issue did not get resolved as it just kept getting repetitive - poor phone etiquette altogether (hence the 4 stars instead of 5).

Very unorganized. Wait 3 hours for a tire rotation. Finally got my car and they had to take it back to finish uncompleted work.

I have always had good experience but this time it wasn't the best because I didn't get a ride for over one and a half hours back home. Interestingly I was told the ride will be available in 20 minutes. That is why I was disappointed.

Missed original appointment. Heiser understood and got me in a few days later. Then arrived early, and was greeted and checked in with out hassle. The waiting area with tables and power outlets allowed me to work using their the WI-FI while I waited. The work was fine promptly and when I checked out, received a coupon for a free car wash. All in all a good experience. (Ali's spoke to a sales Rep and he remembered selling me my car. Nice touch there too)

I took my son to buy his first car and I highly Recommend Roger Droukas !!! He did everything for my son got him insurance which saved us a ton of money !! He covered everything I was stressed about and the sales was the easiest and fastest I've ever experienced in buying a car !! Also the car we bought was a 2022 it was cleaned so well you'd think it was NEW 2025. If you need a car I can't say enough about Rodger Droukas taking all the stress away!!!

Mike Wemmer at Heiser Toyota really advocated for me and the needs of my car.

He didn’t acknowledge my maintenance plan until I pointed it out and then I got my free service.

They did not do a good job so I had to go back to fix it AGAIN. The fix was an alignment and when I got my car back the wheel was not centered!!!!!! Xavier never ordered my parts I had to call and do it all myself. Then they tried to scam me and charge me more than they said it would be. I showed them the paperwork and they fixed my pricing. HORRIBLE! The worst Toyota I have ever been at. Everything had issues. From my car work to ordering parts and pricing. Also, Xavier is rude terrible ...

As I was in for a recall for the replacement of air bag sensors. On the first visit I inquired about the check engine light being on and asked what it would cost for an estimate. As I have a reader at home I was able to see the code and clear it, but it came right back. I was just wondering how today when I picked up my car that the check engine light was off. I drove at least 50 miles today and it never came back. No mention of this was conveyed to me that it was cleared ...

i came in for a oil change and they scraped my sticker of my windshield and i had new tint .. why use a razor on tint ? the sticker peals right off .. so now i have a whole in my new tint and they tried to cover it up with another oil change sticker .. i won’t go there no more or purchase another vehicle ever

Except for the $160 fee for getting an estimate and seemingly again overfilling the engine oil, they do it in a reasonable amount of time.
