I feel that almost 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and repairing a windshield washer hose is way too long when I had an 8:00 appointment. I will be trying a different dealer for my next ToyotaCare service. In addition, when I picked up the new SUV in January, the passenger-side tires were inflated to 36 PSI, but the driver's-side tires were at 19PSI. I was not familiar withthe warning consol so drove o the low tires for about 300 miles. Not very happy with attention to detail and efficiency.
It took nearly 2 hours for one oil change. I was told there was only one service person working in cars.
Top notch customer service and professionalism him and his co-workers at the Service Desk. VERY impressed.

Pretty good experience. Didn’t get much for my trade but wanted the vehicle anyway. Little disappointed that after dropping a little over 30K cash sale that the gas tank wasn’t full. Still love the vehicle and I could’ve taken my trade home to sell outright but chose not to have to deal with that headache. But a pretty decent experience with this dealer.

Even though the care of the car was good, the video was sent to me at home, not to my husband who was waiting. The tech never asked if we wanted a battery and didn't ask my husband or the salesman. I sent the video to my husband. So my husband had to ask the salesman and then find the technician to say yes to put a battery in and it took another 45 minutes.

Were the second time in a row when I dropped my car off at night there were no envelopes in the overnight drop off box. Otherwise everything was great.
The first financial guy wasn't professional because he never called me to confirm or cancel our scheduled meeting at 6 on September 11th after our meeting on September 10 we couldn't finish up because my credit union closed at 7 and he needed to talk and get some Information from my credit union.
