I saw a used car online they had for sale and had some questions. I reached out and the sales person Darren, was very responsive to look into my questions. He took videos and pictures to help answer my questions. We talked on the phone and he walked me through all my questions. I was able to arrive until almost close. The accommodated me for a test drive anyway. Jakub was very helpful in explaining the process to make payment and transfer the vehicle. Everyone one was patient and kind during the process

Came in for a tire rotation. After an hour I looked up to see my vehicle in the parking lot. Talked to Peter, my service advisor. he could not find my keys. After another 30-35 minutes another service advisor was finally able to track them down. Very disappointing.

The salesman, Al, was great, along with the management team! The guy that filled out all the paperwork for us even went out and helped get the car cleaned up! The only down side was the time involved in the final cleaning of the car. We waited about 2 hours to get the car done! Experience was very good overall. There were some time inefficiencies. We had to wait almost an hour from agreeing on a deal and obtaining a cashiers check for the purchase and meeting with Colt to complete paperwork. We did not work with a Jessica. Our sales person was Alex Hall. We are happy with the vehicle, but there are a couple chips on the windshield, drivers side. heiser agreed to repair, but we live 90 miles away and would have preferred Heiser pay for the repair locally to us. It was easy to get an appointment. The customer waiting area is very nice. The only negative is that during my service appointment, someone changed the dashboard setting and I'm having a difficult time trying to get it back. Not sure why they had to do that.
