There were originally some issues with the discounts applied, but Nate called and made sure that everything was corrected. It was clear that getting it done right for me was a priority and I truly appreciated it. I am still waiting to hear back about my alignment since the paperwork shows that it is not yet within proper specs. Once this is corrected, I’ll be able to change my review to 5 stars.

Heiser was one of the only area Toyota dealers who would provided me their pricing without visiting the dealership. From there, I signed the contract and put a deposit on a vehicle in transit to the dealership, all without having to come in or any pressure to buy. This is why I chose Heiser. Peter was good because he took the time to hear my issues. However he was in the middle of an illness and when I returned for a follow up appointment he was out. The gentleman that took care of me did a great job and got me out of there ahead of schedule. Don't recall his name though.
We really appreciated the work of Jason L to get us the exact car we wanted. Our local dealer put us on a list for a 3-6 month wait for a new Prius Plug-in (basic model) from Japan. Another dealer kept offering us other, higher-priced, models. The service technicians are all polite and courteous, the mechanics have always done very good work. I have never had to take any of our cars back to correct any issues. It's done right the first-time.

The vehicles we were interested in were ready and waiting for our review and test drive. Javante went thru the differences. He was willing to work with us through a couple of our issues. Once purchased went thru several features in depth on the vehicle so we could drive it home safely to Rockford. Overall we were pleased and have passed on both his and the dealership information to a friend in the Milwaukee area.

Jordan was very chill, got us everything we needed, Carfax, had a great experience! Got us the information needed on our drive down, had the car ready to go for the test drive, then when purchased had a bow on it and cleaned up ready to take home. Had a great experience!
