Did a great job on the battery hold down recall. Very accommodating and very quick.

1 - 2 hour standard service took 4 1/2 hours because they āforgotā my car. Had I not called, I donāt know what would have happened. I didnāt get my car wash. I really donāt believe they did a thorough job because they were rushing.

Mike was polite. Looked up past records of vehicle. Didn't push other issues.

The last time I had my oil changed, technician did not secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spots on my driveway. I had an independent technician, with me witnessing, take off the shield, which is full of oil, and show me the plug not even finger-tightened. There was oil splattered all around the drain plug, and a quart low on the dip stick.

Iām new to this dealership and so happy I made the switch! Issac M. is a master mechanic- friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what is happening with my vehicle and talks me through the best possible solution. The entire office is welcoming and professional. I feel that I may be coming here a long time!

I want to say it was great, but the reason I was in the shop was that a bolt on my engine had not been put back in when I had my clutch replaced. It was taken care of , no charge but it still was time consuming and very worrisome that it had happened.

I purchased a second-hand car from Heiser, and their service has been very professional from the start. A few weeks after the purchase, I noticed a minor issue with the battery. When I brought it to their attention, the Heiser service center replaced the battery without any hassle. I felt truly well taken care of by their team. Highly recommend them.

Service was quick. Rental car service was good. Price quoted to me was no where near what final bill was. Final bill was $300 higher. Also shock absorbers were installed but not discussed.

I hate buying cars, and even further dislike buying cars from dealerships. That being said, my experience at Heiser with Jason and Jacob had me second guessing why I ever disliked buys cars from a dealership in the first place. Jason was informative, helpful, and a real person - no bullshit. I appreciated that the most. Bought the car over the phone and picked it up a week later - easy, simple, was able to work out a price I was happy with, and had excellent communication the entire time.

I needed new tires, called and was able to get an appointment two days later as they needed to order the tires. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and was greeted by a friendly service manager who advised how long it should take, etc. Everything went as planned and I was out within 2 hours and had the rest of the day. I would recommend Heiser Toyota for your service needs.

After finding out that they sold my dad an extended warranty he didnāt want, I contacted them the same day and the next to get it removed. Both times, Iāve been sent to voicemail, and no one has bothered contacting me back. Very shady and dodgy. Itās like, once they make a sale on you, all customer service is out the door. Love this dealer. Bought my 24 GR Corolla from them for a good deal. And theyāve been great to take it in for service with. Even got my water pump warrantied no problem.
