He’ll be the first to brag about his own Camry, with over 88,000 miles and “many great years of life yet to go”. He can provide his customers with all the information they need to get the perfect Toyota vehicle for them.

Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople.
Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop.
Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. His memorable pictures are often shared with his colleagues and customers.

James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible.
Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”.
Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

I’ve been with Heiser for two years and really enjoy the industry. My previous background in maitenance allows me to thoroughly explain the vehicle you’re looking at.
