What I did was just a phone call and test driving the car, and the rest is sitting on a couch enjoy the free latte and soda, and they did all the heavy lifting (trade in evaluation, payoff process, fixing minor issues, counting my cash payment, even transferring and installing my old license plates, and more) Al has a magic of making you want to close a deal with him. The worst dealer. Service advisor doesn't have much knowledge, he was New, greedy and liar. Even the service Manager was negative and lying. I tried to call the General Manager, but she didn't pick up the phone, and No call back from her. Unbelievable lies, unacceptable attitude and hard to work with. Really Bad experiences, They have lost a long time
Really Bad experiences, They have lost a long time customer. A few years ago my son had an oil change, The tech put in the wrong filter. Heiser replaces the engine as it blew up. Months later the car blew up. I had to buy a new one. I forgave them once. Jan, 16 of this year, they changed my oil filter, leaked the same night. The recepsionist did not know the service manager was not there. She transferred me 3 times. I finally drove there, The service manager called me as I was driving there, I was furious as I needed the car for a surgical procedure and was in extreme pain. When I arrived he repeated over and over again. " I you through yelling, Would not let me talk. The gasket needed replacement, no charge, big deal, no apology. A woman came in with a big dog, some type of Pit, not being held on a leash. I complained as I am terrified of dogs. The other service manager was flip about it. " Dog friendly here" Well you all are not friendly to your customers. All your employees need to be retrained on customer service and auto technicians with experience need to be hired. If my car would have blew up. I would have sued. You lost a Customer. I also had tires put on the week before for $900. plus 80 for the oil. I have purchased a new and used car in the past, plus oil changes, 5 figure dollars at Heiser. I am going elsewhere. I do not need a man telling me not to yell, I was not yelling, maybe loud. As a woman I am really not happy with my treatment. He is a bully.I did not get his name, he sits by the window. Very cold Service writers. However, Pete is a sweetheart and has helped me in the past. Janet I had waited 3 hours to get the tires by the way. I am disabled and in extreme pain as I need neck surgery. I feel discriminated against and you care more about a xxxx Dog.

Everything was great.
Everything was great. The only issue was with the tow to the dealer. I thought it was covered, the tow company said I had to pay up front and I did not get reimbursed for the tow. Otherwise, we leased 6 or more vehicles from Rodger and Heiser and would not have been back if we felt we were treated unfairly.

The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesman and he set up service thru email to get an appointment. They we able to get me in quickly. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls. I appreciate all they did so I can enjoy this well engineered vehicle.

I mainly dealt with James who was a super nice gentleman but it seemed like others were great too, happy to be at work. It was my first experience at a used car dealership and was afraid of the worst but was lucky to encounter the best. I came up from Illinois for their impressive selection And learned of the benefits of buying in Wisconsin. The state has various laws to guarantee thorough inspections and satisfaction with used cars through dealerships. Good luck with your hunt. If they have something you're looking for you'll get a good deal.

Then we stopped in Heiser Toyota. Met Jason. We told him what we wanted and within a few minutes we were done. He had the vehicle detailed and we picked it up a few days later. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I was driving my new to me 4Runner. I would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone.

The service department called me before I needed service
The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesman and he set up service thru email to get an appointment. They we able to get me in quickly. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls. I appreciate all they did so I can enjoy this well engineered vehicle.

Christine, Jorgo, and Shahat were all very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was shopping around at other dealers initially and had some bad experiences and salespeople that were not willing to work with me in a way I felt comfortable. That was not the case at Heiser! They were honest and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It was very refreshing to see after the negative experiences at other places. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for Toyotas in the future.

It was alittle disappointing that I booked an appointment
It was alittle disappointing that I booked an appointment online but when I got to the dealership the car I requested to look at was at a different location. When I was introduced to Christine she handled the situation nicely, she did an excellent job of asking questions to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted to look and was pushy to get me to look at others. She was knowledgeable and very professional and efficient I getting the paperwork and sale completed. Thank you!

The worst dealer.
The worst dealer. Service advisor doesn't have much knowledge, he was New, greedy and liar. Even the service Manager was negative and lying. I tried to call the General Manager, but she didn't pick up the phone, and No call back from her. Unbelievable lies, unacceptable attitude and hard to work with. Every one should be very Careful when you visit Heiser Toyota

When I dropped my car off the night before service, the service rep was rude and seemed like he was having a bad day. He said he had four orders to finish up so I should go and fill out an envelope and drop my key in the Dropbox instead of just taking my key and getting my information. Then after my repair they were going to charge me $70 more for a part than what was estimated. After we got that figured out they told me sorry our car wash is broken and I can't give you a coupon. A good service department would have still given me a coupon for a future car wash. Everybody that work there seemed like they were in a bad mood and too busy and it was very unwelcoming.

I usually do not have a very positive experience at Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had a positive experience, even though I had to wait 4 hours until the work was complete. I did not feel judged or pressured by Kevin. He has a very calming, friendly presence and was able to explain everything to me. He did offer transportation so I did not have to wait there. Overall, I am willing to continue bringing my car for service, but I will be requesting Kevin.

I am providing an updated review in response to my review on 09/28/23. Upon purchasing my vehicle from Heiser Toyota, I left the dealership with my expectations not met and highly dissatisfied. After lengthy conversations with the Director, Brian Crandall, he assured me that Heiser would make things right. Brian was able to coordinate various services needed for my vehicle, have the representative for Auto Amour, Tom Ripple, personally reapply the protectant to my vehicle, and ensure that when I left, my vehicle met my expectations. The service gentleman, Tom Lowther, was personable and wonderful throughout the duration of my service, providing frequent updates. In addition, the Auto Amour representative, Tom Ripple, exceeded all of my expectations. Tom was personable and carefully listened, validated, and effectively communicated all the steps he was going to take to address the concerns I had brought to the Director's attention. Tom also provided frequent updates regarding the process of my vehicle and personally completed a final walk-through. Tom Ripple made sure I left Heiser Toyota fully satisfied and more. The dissatisfaction that I had after purchasing my vehicle has all been corrected, as the director, Brian Crandall, ensured. Additionally, not only have my expectations been met, but Brian Crandall and Tom Ripple continued to go above and beyond. Both individuals took the time from their vacation and day to provide a check-in regarding the service I had received, ensuring it met my expectations. With this said Brian and Tom were able to address all of my concerns, demonstrate effective communication, and exceed all my expectations!
