I called the service department twice before my service
I called the service department twice before my service appointment. The first time was to make sure they could service my vehicle and Peter was very helpful and provided all the information I needed. The second time I called to set the appointment. While on the second call, the rep advised I come in two days later to make sure the service department had the parts. I took her advised and set the appointment. Today I went in and Tom said my appointment was not entered correctly, they didn’t have the parts and the price Peter quoted me was incorrect. Tom told me I was quoted aftermarket parts and only half of the parts I needed for the job. Tom said the call center didn’t do store my appointment details correctly and that the parts would need to be ordered and I would need to wait while he figured it out. I thought that was odd since I needed and wanted OEM Toyota parts! Tom called parts and didn’t get the information. Tom called again and didn’t get the information. Tom then ordered his breakfast with the shuttle driver before getting back to me. Tom then walked to parts and still didn’t have an answer for me. At this time I asked for a manager to figure out what the issues was and I was introduced to the manager. The manager and I walked to the parts counter and the entire parts team said not only did they have the parts but they had them pulled and ready to go! They said they had no idea what Tom was doing. At this time I requested a new advisor and I was transferred to Kevin. Kevin took care of me and even found me a coupon to apply to my bill so thank you Kevin. This is the second time I’ve been to this dealership and have received questionable service. The last time I came into the dealership, my wife and I wanted to buy out our lease. This time we we came in and asked to speak with the finance team. We were told it would take 5min. We waited for over 30 min and during this time Jorgo walked by several times to see if we needed help. Each time we told him no and that we were waiting and had been helped. When we finally got up and asked the receptionist what was the hold up, she said she had notified the finance mgr and that the person who has been walking around, Jorgo, was the finance mgr. She then called Jorgo and he came over to introduce himself and said no one had previously called him for us. Now while in his office Jorgo asked for our information on our vehicle, asked us id we bought our Toyota from them and what we wanted to do. We said no we didn’t but this dealership was closest to our home and we wanted to buy out our lease. Jorgo asked us if we had called our selling dealership for this transaction and we said no but we had called this dealership earlier in the week, left a message and no o e called us back. Jorgo quickly said he didn’t get any voicemails! He then told us they do not do lease buy outs on Saturday! Now it is -15 this day and there’s no one in the dealership buying cars and Jorgo had been walking around the showroom for 30min without anything to do. So I asked him should we go to a different dealership since he didn’t seem to want to help us and suggested we go to where we purchased the vehicle? He quickly said no and changed the subject. We told him we needed to get this done today because our lease was up and we were going out of town that coming Monday. Jorgo gave us the numbers to buy the vehicle and said he would call us next week. We left feeling like he didn’t want to help us, even though he was not busy and we really wanted to purchase our vehicle. He never suggested we work with a salesmen to possibly buy a newer vehicle since he knew our situation. We left, went to a different Toyota dealership and the finance mgr not only helped us right away but also told us about loyalty credits and new lease specials that would help us get a new vehicle for less than we were currently paying!! We were shocked Jorge didn’t help us the same way. HEISER, do better!!

BEWARE of the employees at this dealership, they are very
BEWARE of the employees at this dealership, they are very dishonest and deceitful. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about your service who is working on it, where the work is being done, be very thorough. The service department is great to work with when there isn't an issue but as soon as they know you are not happy it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, especially the service manager Joe. My truck was in for a little damage on the cap caused by them in the time they had it, whoever had it put almost 100 miles on my vehicle. I asked Joe where it had to be taken his answer was "I dont know I will have to look into it". they gave my truck to a subcontractor to do body work, that contractor who the sales manager doesn't know where their shop is, used my truck to run errands all over who knows where and all I got is I don't know. I emailed my situation to who I thought was the manger but was told they no longer hold that position and would talk to the new manager about it. They must have decided that my horrible experience with Heiser's service department didn't warrant any more of their time due to this being about four weeks ago and not hearing anything back.

My experience initially was great.
My experience initially was great. Things were going smooth. Only small complaint early on was I felt like I had to prompt them to get back with me about certain things. After the purchase was made we hit a few snags. I live in Michigan the dealer in Wisconsin we were coming into some logistical issues picking up the car. We had some miscommunications about me wanting to get it delivered. But they offered to meet me half way. Which was nice. But then finding me an additional driver posed to b challenging. After some back and fourth we were able to line up a day. And here’s where things really fell apart. We had 4 business days to get this lined up. Somewhat complicated task with time zone and schedule constraints. I was the only one working on this. I continually asked for driver information thy couldn’t provide. Didn’t know who was gonna do it. But 10 emails back and fourth with Javonte. He told me that they would b able to meet me at 11am central time 12 eastern. Which was my zero time in order to get either myself or my wife back to get our kid from school at 3. All was well. Until the morning of the meet. I was blind driving for an hr. The same time they shoulda been driving with no contact from anyone there. I email Javonte he says ohhh yeah. They left 35 min ago. But he’s on a day off and not in office. So I call. Eventually get with mark. Sales manager who says they will b there at noon. I say who’s noon. Bc noon central doesn’t work for me. And kinda got a lot of attitude from mark insinuating it was my fault that I had to do it today. But what really made me mad and almost call off the deal was. MARK told me they left 20 min ago. Does he need to call them back. And he gives me the drivers number. Finally. But when I call the driver he tells me they just left 2 min ago. So they messed up the time there were gonna leave. They were gonna leave and instead of just owning it they double and tripled down on the lies all the way up the sales dept. Just liars. And it’s never a good feeling buying a used car from a known proven liar. The car seems to b as advertised no complaints. And it was obviously what I deemed to be a good deal bc I bought the car. But after they proved themselves liars I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Very much a wonderful experience. Never felt pushed. Time was taken to explain in detail procedures that needed to be addressed. Christine wonderful sales lady same with Jorge explained various items in the paperwork that needed to be understood all in all a good experience. We shocked our children that we bough a car without their input shocking that we could get a beautiful car that they all love including grandchildren. That we were able to get a good price and not be swindled. A lot of appreciation to Christine who explained the financial part so easily to us. Good as they treated us a customer and not just a number when purchasing a used car. However, there was some miscommunication, internally, and Financing took a long time and eventually seemed rushed. Prior to leaving, there was little to no explanation of vehicle itself. I wish our overall experience was better as everyone we delt with was very friendly and helpful.

Christine wonderful sales lady same with Jorge explained various items in the paperwork that needed to be understood all in all a good experience. We shocked our children that we bough a car without their input shocking that we could get a beautiful car that they all love including grandchildren. That we were able to get a good price and not be swindled. A lot of appreciation to Christine who explained the financial part so easily to us. My experience initially was great.
My experience initially was great. Things were going smooth. Only small complaint early on was I felt like I had to prompt them to get back with me about certain things. After the purchase was made we hit a few snags. I live in Michigan the dealer in Wisconsin we were coming into some logistical issues picking up the car. We had some miscommunications about me wanting to get it delivered. But they offered to meet me half way. Which was nice. But then finding me an additional driver posed to b challenging. After some back and fourth we were able to line up a day. And here’s where things really fell apart. We had 4 business days to get this lined up. Somewhat complicated task with time zone and schedule constraints. I was the only one working on this. I continually asked for driver information thy couldn’t provide. Didn’t know who was gonna do it. But 10 emails back and fourth with Javonte. He told me that they would b able to meet me at 11am central time 12 eastern. Which was my zero time in order to get either myself or my wife back to get our kid from school at 3. All was well. Until the morning of the meet. I was blind driving for an hr. The same time they shoulda been driving with no contact from anyone there. I email Javonte he says ohhh yeah. They left 35 min ago. But he’s on a day off and not in office. So I call. Eventually get with mark. Sales manager who says they will b there at noon. I say who’s noon. Bc noon central doesn’t work for me. And kinda got a lot of attitude from mark insinuating it was my fault that I had to do it today. But what really made me mad and almost call off the deal was. MARK told me they left 20 min ago. Does he need to call them back. And he gives me the drivers number. Finally. But when I call the driver he tells me they just left 2 min ago. So they messed up the time there were gonna leave. They were gonna leave and instead of just owning it they double and tripled down on the lies all the way up the sales dept. Just liars. And it’s never a good feeling buying a used car from a known proven liar. The car seems to b as advertised no complaints. And it was obviously what I deemed to be a good deal bc I bought the car. But after they proved themselves liars I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

I am providing an updated review in response to my review on 09/28/23. Upon purchasing my vehicle from Heiser Toyota, I left the dealership with my expectations not met and highly dissatisfied. After lengthy conversations with the Director, Brian Crandall, he assured me that Heiser would make things right. Brian was able to coordinate various services needed for my vehicle, have the representative for Auto Amour, Tom Ripple, personally reapply the protectant to my vehicle, and ensure that when I left, my vehicle met my expectations. The service gentleman, Tom Lowther, was personable and wonderful throughout the duration of my service, providing frequent updates. In addition, the Auto Amour representative, Tom Ripple, exceeded all of my expectations. Tom was personable and carefully listened, validated, and effectively communicated all the steps he was going to take to address the concerns I had brought to the Director's attention. Tom also provided frequent updates regarding the process of my vehicle and personally completed a final walk-through. Tom Ripple made sure I left Heiser Toyota fully satisfied and more. The dissatisfaction that I had after purchasing my vehicle has all been corrected, as the director, Brian Crandall, ensured. Additionally, not only have my expectations been met, but Brian Crandall and Tom Ripple continued to go above and beyond. Both individuals took the time from their vacation and day to provide a check-in regarding the service I had received, ensuring it met my expectations. With this said Brian and Tom were able to address all of my concerns, demonstrate effective communication, and exceed all my expectations!
